Born 5/1/04, Milmer’s Elation is probably the best mare we have bred and raised on our farm.  She was sired by Windemere’s King Cong, by Blackhome Duke, and out of an MG’s Prince mare that we raised.  She has outstanding conformation, a beautiful head and headset, and action to burn. She has beautiful legs, clean hocks, and wide heels.  She is broke single and double, and has been in several parades and weddings on a carriage. She had a terrific filly in 2008 and is in foal to Hillside Luther’s Champ for April of 2009. She’s an excellent hitch or brood mare prospect that will improve our breed with every foal she raises.

Milmer’s Gazelle and Milmer’s Helena--

Team of well-mated, 2 and 3 year-oldregistered black mares.  This team will not quite make 17 hands, but they are well broke, good workers, with excellent pedigrees.  They are easy keepers with a drafty look, but have the clean legs and flat bones that are so important on brood mares. The three year old is in foal to Van line Willie for an April, 2008 colt. She is out of a Francois mare. The 2 year old is sired by Van Line Willie and is out of a MG’s Prince mare.  This will make a nice team for someone.

Milmer’s Haitees and Milmer’s Hannah—

Big pair of registered black fillies.  This is a pair has almost everything you could want in a young team.  They are ¾ sisters, bout sired by Wan Line Willie and both out of MG’s Prince mares.  They are broke and have a lot of growing yet to do, but they are already 17’2” each.  They are well mated and will get more harness experience this fall and winter.

  Registered team of grey full sisters born in 2006 and 2007.  This is a VERY high quality pair.  Sired by Hillside Luther’s Champ and out of a Northwood’s Midnight Sun mare, these fillies have their whole lives ahead of them.  Honor is well broke and Integrity will get started in harness this fall.  Conformation is outstanding and both should mature to 18 hands tall.

Milmer’s Impara and Milmer’s Idol Lady

Registered black fillies born in 2007—FANCY.  Both of these fillies have great bloodlines going to MG’s Prince and Blackhome Grandeur Lyn.  They are not related, but look to make a good team one day.  We will start breaking them to drive in November 2008.  Both have long necks, clean hocks and pretty heads.  Impara is the taller of the two right now, but I expect both to mature in the 17’2” range.  Gentle and easy to be around.

Promising black stud colt. Sired by Hillside Luther’s Champ and out of a mare that stands 18’2” this colt has a terrific a disposition to go along with great length of neck, wide hoof heads and long flat leg bones.  He would make a fine gelding or stallion prospect.
